Alexa Baggio is a nationally acclaimed early-stage co-founder and operator with a passion for consumer-focused innovation. From 2014 to 2017 she served as the Vice President of Consumer Experience with 2020 On-site, an on-site employee vision care company she co-founded in Boston. She raised over $8M for product launch while leading day-to-day operations during the company’s initial growth phases. As 2020 On-site expanded nationally, building Atlanta and Chicago bases, she shifted her focus to customer experience innovation, leveraging the intersection of UX, technology, and service design.
While at 2020 On-site, Alexa co-founded PERKS, the nation’s leading employee experience and office culture showcase for employers to find/access innovative and employee-centric services. In 2017, Alexa turned her focus to running PERKS full-time, expanding both the PERKS community and associated nationwide events.
Alexa started her career on Wall Street as an investment banker, first as an analyst at Bank of America - Merrill Lynch, and then as an account executive with startup Axial Inc. While full time at Axial she created The Roger Magazine, serving as the acclaimed online lifestyle magazine’s Editor in Chief. The magazine focused on workspace interiors and lifestyle verticals aimed at building community identities within workplaces.
Alexa is a 2009 graduate of Brown University, majoring in Commerce, Organizations and Entrepreneurship, where she founded the student organization Brown Women in Business and served as Captain of the Varsity Women's Tennis Team. Alexa is former amateur boxer and collegiate hip-hop radio personality, and is currently launching a podcast to discuss burgeoning startup industries from both investor and operator perspectives, called Growth Stage (www.talkgrowthstage.com).
