Executive Mini-Bios

PRIME Brain/Body/Mind 55+ers Inc cofounders Katharine B. White MS, APRN-CS and William White MSN, APRN-CS have dedicated their combined seven-decade careers to improving the quality and efficacy of scientific brain, body, and mind healthcare, while simultaneously co-inventing new protocol and process paradigms that optimize client longevity and well-being. Both academically prepared as master’s level psychiatric clinical specialist nurse-practitioners with medication-prescriber privileges, the Whites’ experience includes hospital chief patient care officers (both), hospital COO (Bill), SVP Community Health (Katharine), medical and nursing school faculty (both), psychotherapists (both), and world-renowned authors, researchers, and presenters (both). This experience differentiates them well beyond inventing BBM-Performance Enhancement(SM) as top global brain/body/mind clinician-scientists re: epigenetics, anti-aging/longevity, and in-vivo activation science and change-sustainability medical science disrupters.
Furthermore, Katharine is a founding Board member of Coachville and The Exit-Planning Exchange, and was the five-year inaugural Board Chair of Brown University’s Women in Business Advisory Board. She founded Lighthouse Performance Strategies, a strategic planning and executive coaching company managing over 100 accounts - many with national pedigree.
Bill’s additional past practice includes directing psychiatric emergency services for two cities, serving as faculty at Brown Medical School Center for Alcohol and Addiction Studies, leading hospital-based inpatient addictions/psych treatment units, and founding two outpatient medical psychiatric practices. Finally, together the Whites designed one of the first epigenetically based Bachelor of Science degree programs in the U.S.
Katharine/Bill are 25yrs married, raised 5 children, and besides each other, love family, friends, husky dogs, ‘all’ live-music, dancing, beaches, theater, art and exercise. They find themselves blessed, while personally and professionally fulfilled, to be optimizing and prolonging the lives of others they are privileged to serve.
